Verified By Visa (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory , from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your banks website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

All offer prices on avrrom.com are all-inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.

Orders

Order Changes and Combining: Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we will be unable to make any changes or combine orders. Thus we request you to review your order carefully before completing the transaction.
Order Cancellation: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders post shipment. Please ensure accuracy in your order details to avoid any inconvenience.
Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information: In the event of non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong name, address), additional charges for redelivery may apply. These charges will be claimed from you.
Incorrectly Priced Products: Orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price may be subject to cancellation. If payment has been processed, the amount will be credited back to your account, and you will be notified via email.

Demonstrations are available for select products and are conducted by the manufacturing company.

After receiving your product, the demonstration, if applicable, will be scheduled after a minimum of 4 business days.
The first demonstration is complimentary for eligible products.

Installation:

Installation services are provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee.
Standard installation is complimentary for most products and will be conducted according to the company’s norms.
After receiving your product, installation will be scheduled after a minimum of 4 business days.

Refund and Return Policy

We strive to fulfill orders promptly and accurately, adhering to the specified product details and delivery timelines. Upon delivery, we kindly request you to inspect the product and its accessories.
